Important Information Before Applying

Before submitting your application, it is very important to understand the following:

• If you, the other parent, grandparents, or anyone else has applied with another organization for Christmas assistance, DO NOT submit this application.
• We cross-check names with the databases of all other nonprofits that facilitate Christmas drives. If duplicate applications are detected, children may be automatically removed from all organization lists.

Our system uses advanced algorithms to identify duplicate applications across organizations.

Please note:

• If you have already applied to another organization and have not received a response, this is normal. Most organizations are too busy to follow up individually. Typically, they will only contact you with pickup dates or relevant information.
• If the children in your household have not been registered with any other organization, we will gladly assist with Christmas gifts. We focus on providing children with a joyful and authentic Christmas experience.

About Wish Lists:

• While we strive to fulfill each child’s wish list, not all wishes may be granted. If some children are not adopted from our Angel Trees, we provide them with age-appropriate gifts instead.

This disclaimer is intended to ensure that no child is removed from the system due to duplicate applications and that every child receives gifts this Christmas. Many families may not realize the consequences of signing up with multiple organizations.
